I'm hand waxing and glazing my Z. Is there any point to polishing the area covered with ClearBra area, too? I drive my Z only on dry days from May

Is there any point to polishing the area covered with ClearBra area, too? I drive my Z only on dry days from May Thru October, so protection from bad weather is not a consideration.
