Remember the most dealers are owned separate from the Nissan Corp. so is not too much they can do unless has to do with manufacture but not service.

For service complaints use BBB or find another dealer.

Sorry about the hail but your insurance should cover that, probably the Paintless process can get most of them out without the nedd for body work. GL.
