no it could still be park. perhaps s/he snapped a picture when they started the car (ie the part when all the needles in the gauges go to the other side) lol

Downshifting to 3rd around 70mph

3rd > 4th is THE best I swear

the 1-2-3 gears when i am going back onto the highway from a on-route gas station.

you can (legally) redline 1st-2nd and get up over 6k rpm in third... mmmm tasty!


2nd gear is my favourite though

2nd for sure. I gently hit 3.5K RPM and then punch it all the way to redline. The Best!

Technically, you get the worst gas mileage in park.........

There is absolutely nothing like experiencing this engine at high rpms in 3rd to 4th. That climb is magical and the pull always answers my questions of "why I did I buy this car".:happydance:

Probably 3rd. 2nd is very nice. followed closely by 4th. I love cruising 6th gear on the freeway, too.

4th gear pulls @ 13.5psi = pure bliss

i take it all back... neutral and revving at stop lights because i'm cool like that.

On further reflection 3-4 shift is bomb diggity fav. I also love 5th gear. I love them all lol. I'll stand by my earlier post, but 3-4 shift is the best.

Onz downshifted! SRM is cool.

For me, there is nothing like rolling along at a good highway speed, moving into the left lane upon traffic, and getting held up for no good reason from the stroke there, dropping it down from 6th to 4th for a couple of secs waiting for the putz to shift right; then hammering it to the make a pass around a slower left-laner that won't/can't/doesn't move over when traffic clearly indicts he should/could, and just watching for that red blinking light in the middle of the tach. True sweet spot there.
