#1 Ask him to rearrange his spot. Maybe suggest he park his bike across the top of his spot so he can pull his terdcel in behind it. If that doesn't work try to see if you can switch parking spots. #2 onzedge is in fact the man and he will go Liam Neeson from Taken on your ass!!!

The thing is when the bike is beside the car there is wayyyy more than enough to sit on the bike and move it out. No need to come that far over. He's making it max relax for himself at my expense. It looks as though I will have to address the issue. I just find it difficult to discuss without sounding confrontational. |

If this approach does not work, then let me know if you want some help along the lines of what Mr. Glokwork suggested. I like that approach too and have gotten pretty good at it over the years. |
At least the security camera right above you will capture his dastardly deed should he whack your Z.

If communicating like adults fails, call Mr.onzedge and I. We will be more than happy to pay you a visit and look into the possibility of tipping his Toyota on its side well into his parking space.
He is really taking advantage of the situation and is not a good neighbour. Good luck. |
Buy him a six pack and talk to him like a good neighbor and call it a day. Tell him some kids tried to mess with his bike and you told them to stop. He'll do the same for you next time. Once you get your Z you can ask him to watch out for your car as well.

yep, when in doubt, initiate dialog. that usually helps to understand and take out the mystery (bad or good).
then you'll know wat to do next. |
Just hang these on your car....
http://www.artsology.com/blog/wp-con...beach-buoy.jpg no wait......They would probably look better if you hung them on his car. |

Yeah talk to him first, it doesn't matter that your are getting a new car or not. Just tell him you just would like a little more consideration with parking right on the line. That space is plenty for 2 cars and a bike. And I don't see why the bike couldn't be parked in front of his car, that's how I see it almost always done here in the city, there's usually not enough space in spots for a car let alone a car and bike. Also why is there furniture in his spot?

Has he dinged your car? If anything i would talk to him in person, ask him to be careful with the doors. But based on the pic theres a lot of room on the sides of both vehicles
|
Just ask if he'd mind putting the car further away from your spot, with the bike on the side closer to your car.
|
Or just get a car dolly and re-park his car on the other side. Lol
|
that picture belongs in the crappy parkers thread. He has way more room than he needs for his bike. I'd would most definitely bring this up with him. It will seem confrontational but he needs to not park like a jack@$$

NS370Z, borrow the CIWS and give them a short 10 second blast. Problem solved!:eekdance::tup:

Hey, did you take delivery of your new Z?

Yes indeed. I have a couple of pics of it over in the "New Members" forum. It showed up yesterday (Friday) and in about an hour I'll be driving it away. :driving: Taking it down the Annapolis Valley for a nice break-in since my house is down by the base.:happydance: Not very nice weather though. :eekdance: |
Just take a swing at him...or next time you get home first, park right up against the line. That should send the message.

Talked with the guy last night, seemed Ok with what I said. He said he can move the bike over a bit so there is more room. I was cool about it as was he, we shall see though.:tiphat:
