Damn! Sorry to hear that Steve. We're you working out in the yard, or playing when you received said burn? I got pretty toasty yesterday at the beach from indirect sun. The sun's reflection off the sand gave me a wicked burn. :(

Hey everybody! :hello: How's it hangin'?

Whoa, what story did I miss?

Just in case nobody caught you up: Onzedge's Bichon (Opie) was attacked by (amazingly enough) a neighbor's Golden Retriever and Mr. Onzedge sustained collateral damage to his hand in the form of a bite trying to break the animals apart. :(

I've set up my workout equipment, facing a large television, right outside my bedroom. Exercise is going to happen now.

Anyone want to buy my Weider C840 home gym from me? I'll make it worth your while! :)

What helps is having a routine that you can follow. You don't have to do P90X like I do, but it's nice not to have to design your own routine. Then, you can always mix things up by using your exercise equipment.

I have some of that that says it shouldn't be used on blisters. Got another spray that is OK for light use on blistered areas. I'm just hoping they settle down so I can put clothes on and go to work tomorrow. :bowrofl:

Christ, I think I'd have grabbed the golden retrievers throat. That is crazy - were both dogs not on their leashes? Were they trying to get them used to each other?

A month or so ago, my friends and I went to Shenandoah for hiking/camping. One guy brought his 1 year old German Shepard (about 70 lbs almost), and the other guys brought their 2 boxers (probably 40-50 lbs each). Talk about a barking/snarling-fest. We tried to get them used to each other, but all of them were so on edge, it just wasnt happening sadly. The German Shepard is so young and hasnt been exposed to other dogs nearly enough, sadly...

Well, I'm trying to create a rewarding routine. I know the kind of exercise I'll have to do, I've done it before to lose a lot of weight.

30 mins cardio on bike, breather, 20-25 mins on gazelle, 3 times a week.

Has anyone driven at night with ALL the interior lights off? Its like driving in stealth mode! Try it out, just set the brightness level of the dash all the way down.
