Me: Yes it sure is...
Some Guy: My lady was thinking about stealing it since you left it running
Me: well she can try all she wants its locked!!
Some Guy: That wouldn't stop her from breaking your windows
Me: She isnt going to get far since I have the f****** keys you moron
Some Guy: Walks away mumbles then flips me off
I decide this guy isn't worth my time an left I'm a little aggravated but its not fighting over an going to jail

If i'm not mistaken if they break your window and drive off without the keys, they can drive as far as they want. You only need the key inside to turn it on or open/close doors. People on this forum have accidentally driven off to work while leaving their keys at home...

Correct. Anyone can drive away in a running 370 and they are fine until they stop the engine. BTW -- an amazing number of vehicles are stolen because people leave their friggin cars running while they "just run into the store for a water/pack of smokes/tall-boy bud/chore-boy pad, etc."

Maybe they like to keep the AC running? Maybe they want to save wear and tear on the starter? Who knows the reason, but it is not a good practice.

It is the fourth day of very high heat and I am crabby about it. I am very crabby. Oh well. I did wash Juke and 370 today. Then I washed Opie in the kitchen sink. He got a nice oatmeal conditioner and a comb out as well. Then Taylor and I went out in my AC-less F150 for TV shopping for him and ended up with a nice Samsung LED 46". That's about it.

Settling down now for a dinner of Ziti, followed by Episode 5 of Breaking Bad (with Butter Finger ice cream and caramel sauce). I am wrapping up today with some more photo printing (a couple of 12 X 18) and then build my schedule for next week. I suppose that's all.

Sounds way more productive than my day. Heading to the Alamo Drafthouse tonight for Breaking Bad though.

What's there to do in Sacramento for a tourist? :p

Whenever anyone I don't know (and many people I do know) approaches me first, I make an automatic assumption that they are unstable/dangerous/perverted. That way, I am pleaseantly surprised when they turn out to be OK (which sometimes happens).

Her co-worker looked at me and said, "You're wearing a plaid shirt and a bow-tie. You kinda fit the hipster mold dressed like that" to which I replied, "I don't have enough disdain to be a hipster and my sneakers are Gucci. There's no way I could be a hipster in these!"

Time to get some sauce under my nails. :yum:

I'll definitely keep that in mind from now on, better safe than sorry, thanks onzedge:tiphat:
