I've set up my workout equipment, facing a large television, right outside my bedroom. Exercise is going to happen now.

What helps is having a routine that you can follow. You don't have to do P90X like I do, but it's nice not to have to design your own routine. Then, you can always mix things up by using your exercise equipment.

I have some of that that says it shouldn't be used on blisters. Got another spray that is OK for light use on blistered areas. I'm just hoping they settle down so I can put clothes on and go to work tomorrow. :bowrofl:

Christ, I think I'd have grabbed the golden retrievers throat. That is crazy - were both dogs not on their leashes? Were they trying to get them used to each other?

A month or so ago, my friends and I went to Shenandoah for hiking/camping. One guy brought his 1 year old German Shepard (about 70 lbs almost), and the other guys brought their 2 boxers (probably 40-50 lbs each). Talk about a barking/snarling-fest. We tried to get them used to each other, but all of them were so on edge, it just wasnt happening sadly. The German Shepard is so young and hasnt been exposed to other dogs nearly enough, sadly...

Well, I'm trying to create a rewarding routine. I know the kind of exercise I'll have to do, I've done it before to lose a lot of weight.

30 mins cardio on bike, breather, 20-25 mins on gazelle, 3 times a week.

Has anyone driven at night with ALL the interior lights off? Its like driving in stealth mode! Try it out, just set the brightness level of the dash all the way down.

If I'm not mistaken, Opie was leashed but the Golden was not. It came running from 'round the corner and, without provocation, attacked Opie. :shakes head:

I bet the Boxers were all about meeting a new friend and playing, weren't they? They're usually very happy (albeit high-strung) dogs! :icon17:

-----------------------------------------------------------

In keeping with the spirit of the thread: I came out from the library (which was a previously empty lot) and wwwwwaaaaayyyy out in left field where I parked my Z was a big a$$ truck, right snuggled up next to it. :shakes head:

Yep -- you are right again. the owner was just walking his dog up to the side door following his brushing his dog's fur out. They were probably 30 or so feet away. Cujo, the golden retreiver, came tearing out and, in a flash, had little Opie in his jaws and on the ground.

I consider myself a fairly tough person emotionally, but the memory of Opie screaming still brings a tear.

Mr. Onzedge, did you see that Rush came out with a new album? :)

Yes -- Clockwork Angels, and I heard an interview on the XM station Deep Tracks with Neil Peart. He discussed al lof the songs and they played them one at a time. It sounds interesting and I am going to pick up a copy.

Did I mention I left the Z under cover and drove the truck today?
The truck is definitely better at hauling my lights and stands places to shoot pics of half naked girls, but I do miss driving my car.

I stuck it to the fender and went for a short drive to test it out. The video is cool but I need an external mic badly.
