Bruce was a grandfather (and great grandfather) and was an integral part of our lives. He will be missed. :(

sorry for the loss, mr.happy. :(

Gonna run some errands in the Z including going to Costco... :ugh2: gotta park as far as I can, you know...

Not so good news for the exhaust cos I just found out in the ARK website the description of the Grip says 'All 370z models Except Convertible'

PM the vendor this morning and he's gonna look into it.

It's not the end of the world I might end up getting some other brand... too bad he doesn't have F.I. otherwise I can just switch.

Maybe a Stillen or Berk...

mr.alcheng- enjoy your day off! yah, im not very keen on taking my cars to the stores. it only takes one dumbarse and 2sec to key a car. :ugh2:

Just filled up 'til the gas overflowed down body to the ground. What happened to the auto-shutoff feature? FML

Could this day get any better?

I order you to go home and make margaritas. Take more than 2, call me in the morning.

happytheman 07-11-2012 04:52 PM

Yah that actually sounds like really good advice Dr. Tracie!

Quick Griot's Spray on Wash and Meguiars NXT Tech Wax 2.0 in the affected area took care of the problem. :)

I just hit a huge chunk of blown off Mack truck tire on my way home. My car is pretty low so it didnt pass over the tire smoothly at all. Unfortunately it was unavoidable :( Fortunatly, it didnt cause any damage. Didnt even blow any of the Plasti Dip off of my fangs. Yet another testament to the durability of that stuff

kenchan 07-11-2012 05:07 PM

scary stuff, mr.alchemy. good to hear no damage!

gotz my rays black aluminum valve caps...

Man I hate it when shyte like that happens. Totally unexpected and unavoidable. This is the prime reason I avoid highways like the black plague.

Thanks Ken:tup: Suprised to see that you stuck that gopro mount to the plastic behind your seat. Figured you to be too anal to stick stuff like that to your car. You suprised me :icon17:

Highways are just too convienient to avoid:shakes head:

On my last delivery today I had to go to East Stroudsburg PA. On the way up I found a super good stretch of road with amazing turns and some killer straights. Ill be heading up there soon in my Z with the GoPro running:tup:

SurfDog 07-11-2012 05:47 PM

I only get to visit my Z a couple times a week when I'm not working. Tonight is one of those times.

We (Zed and I) have a date to go play poker with some buds up in the twisty turney Oakland hills!

I'm going to pull off her cover, slip in to her leathers, crank my poor 'ol stock Bose system and then drown out all of that expensive XM with some yet to be Dynamatted tyre noise!

...Just a little slice of heaven.

Try Highyway 1 up through Big Sur. you will definitely feel better about highways after that.

I reccomend the hour before sunrise!! Sunset can be a bit...crowded.

kenchan 07-11-2012 06:21 PM

1hr before sunrise is usually when all the drunks go home hungover. :ugh2: :icon17:

have fun out there surfdog!

ordered up my 35mm prime. :p (after seeing mr.onzedge and jr.onzedge at camera shop pict :ugh: )

I like to imagine must of the drunks through the guardrail and into the cool pacific after the first few miles. Then smooth sailing from about monetary to San Luis Obispo!!! That drive from bay area down to about Hearst Castle is unbelievable!

We are lucky to have some very fun roads out here. Now if they would take that ridiculous 75cent fuel tax out of the general fund and actually maintain the roads I'd be in heaven.
