hey TWM send me the little refund to settle my argument and so now i just wait for the knob. :excited: i hope this ordeal is over and ends a happy story.

im thinking about pulling off the maplight trim to CF wrap.... still too damn hot inside the garage though...:icon14:

I like to read stories where companies actually care about customer service and try to make things right.

If it's still hot in the garage you might not need to use a heat gun for the Di-noc :rofl2:

Kind of a indoor wood stove-ish like thingie.

Mr.onzedge wat are you cooking with the hibachi?

I tried yanking off the map light from the ceiling but failed... I checked the service manual and it appears there is a bracket on the other side of the ceiling. Dang... so passed on the dinoc. :icon17:

:wtf2: Has your ignore list been modified? :bowrofl:

I'm surprised you're giving up on the PWDJDM knob already. Which TWM knob did you go with?

hi mr.gale! :hello: yah, the PWJDM knob doesnt and never did fit my hand 100%. the roundness on the top with the slim profile makes it slip out of my hand when it comes to sudden shifts i might need to do during emergency maneuvers. im going with the big type-r knob. i have their regular type-r knob since like 6yrs ago, and it feels great.

they could've done it much better during the ordeal :ugh2: , and i dont think they really learned anything, but i will let it pass this time. i dont like threatening disputes to get things done. :shakes head: it shouldn't get to this level from the beginning. but oh well, i hope they sent me the right knob with the right pattern.... :excited:

Actually, the coolant is not premixed. I just drained/flushed my cooling system last weekend and replaced the coolant with Nissan part number L248SP. It is the green stuff you typically get at the Nissan parts counter and needs to be mized 50/50 with water. Note: ALWAYS use distilled water in your cooling system,

An exception is if you can get teh blue stuff that comes with the car from the factory. It is premixed, but is also hard to find. BTW: there is no issue with mixing the blue and green.

Have a safe 4th!!!

Thanks for teh infoz. I think I'm just gonna do a coolant flush, cause it definitely wasn't distilled water that I used. I don't really want water in there anyway, I feel like the green and blue stuff is better for the car.
