My wife is always after me for one thing or another. I drive too fast or I drive too slow. I use too many glasses and bath towels. I forget to unplug the coffee pot and ..well you get the idea
Now she has these two pots with beautiful flowers that she loves. They hang under a portion of the house where they dont get any rain..so we have to water them each day ourselves. Yesterday it started to rain so I put the pots just in front of the garage door to get some rainwater. Today i opened the door and started to back out to go to work...i heard this strange crunching sound and got out to find I had run over both pots destroying both pot and flowers! I am writing this as she is in the other room. I will be leaving soon. I am thinking of throwing the flowers in the back yard and blaming vandals.. Any suggestions? |
:hello: Happy Monday, y'all :ugh2:
Wife started her new job this morning. 4th of July is Wednesday. Sister is getting married next Saturday. Then the annual family beach trip to Port Aransas is next Sunday through Thursday (minus my sister who will be on her honeymoon and my parents who will be recovering from all the wedding stuff). At some point in that schedule, the new Acura ILX should arrive at the dealer. Fun times  *EDIT* TOTALLY MISSED THAT THIS WAS MY 1000th POST. I am so not a :postwhore: :icon17: |

Before blaming it on vandals, I would be more likely to carry the remains of the plants inside crying as though you just backed over the family dog while apologizing profusely. |

Blame it on the vandals, man.

Not being at work is really annoying. I am trapped at home.

I am not being funny here -- relationships are tricky and even the best of them can get bumpy sometimes. Open-ness, honesty, clearly stating needs and expectations -- these all go along way in making the relationship what it should be. Running over the pots is rally nothing, but if you get worked up about how to approach her with this, then I think you might want to talk with somemone as a couple. |

Now I just need to decide which style. I like the Desert Eagle, but I'm not sure the scale fits with the Z interior (thoughts anyone?). It would be have been awesome in my 5MT Explorer Sport methinks. The Big Type-R is definitely nice, and I guess the Classic is a smaller version of the Desert Eagle. |

I agree too.. I am trying to work some things out without counseling right now... I took back my control, and that is not sitting well with the wife... So I am not sure what I am doing.. But be honest..They are only flowers, and why were they where they were ? Good luck bud, Marraige is not an easy thing sometimes.. |
