The cost ended up to be around 12k for all parts from the dealer.

Hence even if you could have found them used, you would still be looking at several thousand I would bet. That is what insurance is for.

If they are willing to pay for it, go OEM and replace it all under insurance. It should only cost you the deductible.

*Side Note* How insane is it that the relatively small amount of damage on the car costs more then 1/4 of the price of the car BRAND NEW!?! That is almost 1/2 of the value of the car now...

This just shows you why dealerships can afford to sell cars at or below invoice, when it comes down to it they rape the hell out of you.

yeah, I received the check from my insurance today.
It really is pretty crazy
