Won't work. A simple look on KAAZ website would have told you this. The housings are shaped different, the ring n pinion is different, the axle stubs are different.... OEM

OEM part numbers 38421-12S00 = USDM S13 diff assy-open 38420-2C500 = Z34 diff assy-viscous M/T KAAZ part numbers SAN2655 = S13 SAN3510 = Z34
