That's an interesting picture with the trunk mat. Those dive fins give a nice frame of reference of how much useful space there is in the hatch.
As cool as that carbon fiber shift knob looks, i think I think I'd want something a little more of a tactile. |

I'm sure other forum members have hobbies/activities that require them to have at least some room in the rear hatch. Mine is golf. As long as it fits a golf bag, I'm good to go. I wouldn't even car if I had to take the driver and wood out of the bag. |
That's some cool ****!!! I think that one thing looks like a mini disc player :)
I want: -Spoilers -Shift Knob -Interior Lighting -Rain-X thing -Back-Up Camera for sure |
My parents have a 06 Murano that has the backup camera, it's pretty useful. But I bet you have to have to get the navi package to get it. And I think you have to get the touring model to get the navi package. I don't want the camera that bad. :icon17:
The keyfob looks pretty damn nice, but I just have a bad feeling we'll end up with one that looks like the G37 keyfob. The last item looks like an OBDII cable. |

ETC???? I hate that oem front lip thank god its a option |
yeah if that key fob makes it to the US, and is less than say $400, i might get it. and that dongle looking adapter cable thingy, might be an iPod adapter.

Except for the cable, which seems to be an OBDII ipod adapter/ cell phone charger :rofl2: |
the key fobs are the same as the maximas. At least that's what they were at the z rally. If someone could do some research on how to import those Japanese fobs I'm definately in for a buy.
|
liked the interior lighting option. I want my key right now!
|
i'm digging that key fob
|
Yes, key fob ftw!
|
Sorry that it's been so long.
Unfortunately, Nissan's page is being gay and the Flash portion is loading the same as your screenshots. That's with Windows XP Japanese version and English version. So oh well... let me try to explain as much as I can with just what shows up on the webpage. Basically Rain X. About $100.. and it's a rip off. They charge you about $100 for a wax that does the same thing Rain X does. How long does it last? 6 months. Not worth it. Rear Camera. $500 addition to the Navi Package. You go in reverse, it shows where your car's rearview and shows the measurement of where your car will fit. ETC (It's like EZ-Pass or SunPass) $250. It's more expensive in Japan to register it. Spoilers. I can't tell what it is, but it's $1100 (I can't see any writing for the door and doorknob acc, but I think it's obvious) The interior lighting is cool. I have blue interior lighting in my Honda. The trunk is a lining. It comes off, cleans easy, I have the same thing in my Honda. The cable is to connect your phone to your Navi system. If the Navi system doesn't include bluetooth, then you'll want this. It intergrates the system to your phone. You can talk in speakerphone through the audio system, you can update parts of the database, you can find a place on the internet and transfer it to the Navi system so it can tell you how to get there. Things like that. No, not for iPod. iPod car intergration is not big AT ALL in Japan. I'm sorry, I haven't had a chance to go to the dealership to get a brochure and see all the dealer options. And lastly, the beginning difference in all these options is that in the states, it's more common to buy packages from the dealership. You can do that here, but most of the time new cars are ordered the way you want them. |
Thank you so much for taking your time and translating the images. we absolutely loving that key fob.. is that a just upgraded fob or there are more use to it (i.e. remote start, upgraded alarm system )
|
I can't tell. I'm looking for the item OUTSIDE of that Flash box. If it only appears in the flash area, it's not displaying right.
I'll see if maybe I can go to the Nissan dealership today. I'll get some brochures of everything they have. |
Where is the optional Spy Hunter Smoke Screen for the rear frog light?:icon17:

That thing on the front is considered a "lip" ?
I thought it was a snow plow for after I get my coilovers on the Z. Its already snowing in Ohio, maybe I should consider the snow plow option for when I'm too lazy to shovel the driveway... |

I do like the key fob and interior accent lighting though. |
audioqueso! Thanks for the translation! +1 rep.
Please, let us know about the fob. I'm sure we're all dieing to find out more about it. |

Nooooo!!! LAME! The cool fobs "Not for M/T"!!!!
|
Did you see the price on those things after conversion to USD? yeesh!
|
Meh... I didn't even convert the price. The second I saw that it's not for M/T, I didn't even bother. I won't be driving an auto until my left leg gets chopped off and fed to dinosaurs.

No Backup camera either. I wanted to see how it was in relation to the aftermarket ones. Sensors would have been nice to have. This is what I am talking about. Nissan could re-price these reasonably here in the US. Offer these as options to us.
I think we will eventually see some of these options but it would have been nice if they were already available. More personaliztion is a good thing.:ughdance: |

Anyone order the sport horn yet??? While I love the car, the stock horn can't match the rest of the car's character. I'm about to order, but I'd like to know how tough it is to install and how it sounds.
Let me tell you, those corner sensors would have been worth their weight in gold. The car has very difficult sight lines when you're in close quarters. If Nissan would change the MT so you don't have to depress the clutch to start, we could have the key fobs (even if the car is in neutral, you have to press the clutch to start it....totally unnecessary). They could easily give us the fob and program the car to NOT start if the car is in gear. Then we'd just leave it in neutral with the e-brake engaged. |
I'm mostly interested in the keyfob. Any idea if it would actually work with a US model, and/or what's required to get it mated to the car?
