You cannot put in the factory OEM Nav into a non Navi but you can get an aftermarket one.

If the Navi and Bose system are the reason of getting the touring, then why don't you save the money and get aftermarket HU later on.
However, most of the aftermarket HU are integrated with Navi, and so far I know there's no face kit for installing HU/Navi into the cubby, but there are some members did that with DIY, you can search around. If you are going to mod the Z inside-out, I would suggest you can just get the base model and use the extra money on your mods, however, you may consider the sports package, it is a pretty good deal. GL on your purchase

I recommend the sports package if you get a MT. But compare the upgrades to what you want to mod, as you may find yourself replacing parts that you paid extra for (i.e. spoiler, body kit, brakes, etc..). Synchro Rev Match is a pretty cool feature, too - a quick test drive is a good way to check out this feature for yourself.
