Strong key

so i was at the pool today and i jumped off the diving board and swam for about 20 min. about an hour later i get back in and notice

so i was at the pool today and i jumped off the diving board and swam for about 20 min. about an hour later i get back in and notice my key is in my pocket. when i got home later i found out the key worked perfectly. i was shocked

Yes the manual sasy the key is water proof, but they recommend not to sumerge the key in water lol

Note to self... this has me written all over it.

I can really see it being an issue since you don't even have to take it out of your pocket to start the car.

Wow. I am amazed that it still worked. I wonder why they would choose to make the key waterproof. Do they really anticipate people doing this type of thing?

most electronics can withstand water as long as no current is involved.

You can throw a computer in the pool, take it out. Let it dry for a month and it'll work fine. The only reason water ***** electronic **** up is because it allows a path for short circuit.
