Nice shots Bucket. Looks like you had a nice little trip.

Bucketlist2012 06-06-2012 09:09 PM

Thanks Pint..Thanks Gale force...

It was incredible..Spent a small fortune, but bucket lists are never, ever cheap..

They are many places to stay, but if you want to experience the best, the Ahwahnee is the place to go..

I was there with all the Blue Hairs, and the Tourists from all over the world...

Some of the Best Food..The views were Insane, and obviously, Yosemite, no matter how you do it, is Spectacular...

Like I was back in time...The sunshine changing on the Granite as the day went by....

Photos don't even do it justice...In person it was unbelievable...

Photos are from my Iphone 4S....They were better than our camera..

i will definitely continue using the gopro in my car. i want to get the steady-shot for the cameras i vid my kids. i can't get a clean steady shot while walking with the Flip camera... kids are always moving around so i need the quick steady shot + decent audio without carrying other gear. the Flip has decent sound.

i ordered up a rode video mic pro. will see how that works on the gopro mic input, but the intended use for that mic is for my digital recorder. i need the cord to be isolated from the mic as the cord rubbing things gets transferred into the recording. the rode has isolators/suspension mounts so i am hoping it will take care of that problem. the rode comes with a 3/8 boom pole screw hole on the bottom of the hot shoe, so i needed to get the 3/8 to 1/4 adapter. :)
