Well , we have high jacked the thread already..Why not ?

Yes, me and the Wife are cool now..This short sale thing can go on for several months and many things can make it fall through.

We have a roof over our heads now, and won't put it up for sale until the deal is accepted..

Yeah -- Opie was a rescue dog and was not very happy when we first got him -- he's come around to realize that life with us is pretty cool and it's OK to just be a dog.
