yah, but for good curry you have to let it sit over night to get its real rich flavor out. unless you're making like singapore rice noodles or something. then you can use curry powder and :yum:

I saute onions in butter using curry powder, cummin, paprika, crushed peppers and hot sause, and prepare the meat based on what it is. I 've done chicken, pork and steak. I've made a few different soups also.

I like it. Oh an important step I always deglaze the pan to get up the good bits on the bottom and create a sauce. I try to use a stock that matches the meat but also will use a very small amount of water if no stock.

I think that's the actual Genesis symbol, I'm not sure they swap them.

Similar to the Corvette sign instead of the chevy one.

Yeah I parked next to a souped up genesis the other day at pizza hut. Dropped, blacked out 5AD wheels, exhaust. I gotta give it to him, it looked pretty nice. I noticed that wing emblem on the back. The owner came out, a guy in his early 20's, and actually laughed when he say my Z. Then he got in his car, burned his tires, and took off. I was like wtf was that about?

I believe the original Genesis simply had a Hyundai emblem. It was a later model that they gave the Genesis its own emblem. Therefore, some have them and some don't. Although, if I had one w/o it, I would definitely swap. And its way sexier than a maxipad :icon17:
