Doing on-ramp acceleration, romping on it in 3rd gear on the freeway, etc. just enjoying a few WOT blasts, I have yet to break 220*F.

This is about how my 2009 runs as well.

At the track last weekend it was 65° and I made 4 1/4 passes in a row (hot lapping) and the gauge never went over 220.

I've yet to see it crack 200 on the road riding around as of yet. We'll see how it does over the summer.
