really frustrating

ok I have a 2011 370z recently I put in new speakers front and tweeters when I got done with install I found that my passenger side power window switch

Angry really frustrating

ok I have a 2011 370z recently I put in new speakers front and tweeters when I got done with install I found that my passenger side power window switch wouldn't work when the door opened up you could hear continue clicks over n over when door was shut the switch didn't work even the drivers side passenger switch didn't work.(and yes the window lock button is off ) so I checked motor its good checked regulator its good I even got new switch that didn't work any other ideas I should try

Did you disconnect the battery when installing the speakers? If so, you will need to perform the window reset procedure.

yes I did but when I put all back together I tried the reset and that's when I found out the window wouldn't go up or down and the switch continuously clicked it wouldn't let me do the reset cause window don't go up or down the drivers side is good but drivers switch for passenger side don't work either

Have you checked that the driver side window lock is not on? This will not allow the passenger window to be lowered or raised is left on.

speaker magnet bottomed out? did u use spacers on the speaker basket?

No ken I used the factory casing mine had Bose 6x9 I just replaced with better speakers they fit right in factory casing n magnet doesn't touch the back at all

you need to reconnect that switch, i had this be4, and when you connect it to the buttons, test it be4 you put it all back again, i dont know why the contacts are soo bad on these switches.

ok I have taken that switch out and back in a hundred times still does it I did find the wire that seems to make the clicking noise its a yellow n white wire when I put a test light to it the clicking stops but the switch still wont work someone said might be a body ecu gone bad but if it was don't you think all the windows wouldn't work? ty for the input
