Yes, CEL clears after a few successful starts with no warning.

After 3 days of driving, the "Service Engine Soon" warning light is still on.
I've tightened gas filler cap, so i don't know whats going on.
Everything is running fine, normal, nothing out of ordinary.
So I guess I'll be sick tomorrow and will be taking my car in to the dealer for them to give me answers.

Reset

Toggle through the digital guage right above the water temp indicator to the service countdown timer. If the factory setting was not reset when you changed your oil..........than that is why you are getting this indicator again and again. Its just a warning for you to carry out scheduled service. You can set this to any mileage that you want. Try that and see if it stops for you.:tiphat:

thanks.
The car only has 700 miles or so, so have not changed oil yet.
I have not done any service on the car yet.
I've checked the maintenance timer and all the numbers are blank
for oil change, filter, tires etc.
The warning "Service engine Soon" appears on the tachometer gauge,
on the left area. the manual says the warning should dissappear after several starts and stops. but if it's on continues ly, take it to the Dealer.
But if the warning starts blinking, then its something serious.
