Please Pleaseeee take someone with you that truly knows something about cars and buying cars. I am not trying to be mean but your last two post concerns me that you will be in over your head doing this on your own.
Their are so many tools online to at least get you in line with cost, resale, retail value etc. Do not get in a hurry and do some serious home work. Also again not to be mean but get some help on this. Good luck and welcome to the website.  PS. plenty of Z's in GA. Try this link.
