so this steering lock failure is causing our cars not to start due to faulty part? sorry have not read anything about this. should i go ahead and replace mine in case rite now in case my car doesnt start?
|
1, read Kenchan's DIY.
2, look under you dash to find out what revision you have. 3, depends on #2. If you're out of warranty and you have revision C or lower, then sure, go ahead and swap it out for the Rev D, see #1 for the procedure. |

I am hoping someone smart will crack one of these open and figure out how to fix these things with a soldering iron and/or an ISO programmer.
