Needs Help, Stuck Vehicle

just a suggestion, but your tow hook in the trunk might come in handy for someone to pull on that and help your Z out of the mud...fyi, it screws

but you will have to remove the black plastic.

It sounds like he can't hook up to the front tow hook point and needs to back it out... Maybe put some wood under the rear tires to get traction?
