Happy Friday guys. Off for 3 days. Just got a couple inches of snow last night but supposed to get a few more this weekend. I haven't gotten to ski this year. The weather suxs. Not enough snow for good skiing. :shakes head: Too much salt on road to take out the Z and no update on when my ZL1 comes in.

From the posts it seems some of you have gotten new additions to your families. Congrats guys :ughdance:

:iagree: it has been a crappy year for the skiing/boarding people. I have gone about a glad dozen times and plan to go a couple more. But this year has not seen much accumulation up here eithe. :shakes head: plus my Z is stored until mid-late April depends how long I can hold off lol. So for the time being I will just stay surfing the forum being jealous of our southern friends who drive it all year!

Anyways happy weekend to everyone!!!!!

And I'm a more southern friend (In terms of NY lol). Rain here, no snow.

Just noticed you're getting rid of your Z for a Camaro? Curious to ask you what made you switch over?

EDIT: Didn't realize it was the ZL1 lol

Nice +1repped for the proper spelling of "eh" when referring to our candian stereotype. However when on vacation this past month some Americans I met and was hanging out with would point out if we used "eh". It was a good laugh so even guilty of using it. Lol.

You can say your southern but I know you guys get the same if not worse winter then we do here in Ontario. Heck I've even made trips down to NY state to do some boarding. Pretty good spots IMO. I think next time we are going to Vermont though for some of that powder!

Hey LMB I go to Holiday Valley in Southwestern NY just 45 minutes away. Vermont sounds good but powder sux when you have blades. Nice hard pack is what you want with blades. The eh is always good for a couple laughs eh? Nick I'm getting a ZL1 coupe for a couple reasons. I do love my Z. I want to attend track days and race schools and verts without roll bars are not welcome. I'm only 90 minutes from Watkins Glen so I can attend without having to get a motel room if it is a 2 day event. Also the HP (580) appeals to me. And 3rd the ZL1 has a race suspension, fluid coolers and good looks.

Sounds good to me! That thing is going to be a beast! Enjoy!

I hope you'll be staying around the forum as well!

This year is SO BAD that I havent even bothered to make the trip to VT. I go to Vermont multiple time per winter, usually. I work for a Ski Shop so I even ride for FREE up there and its still not worth the trip. The woods barely have snow in them and are UNRIDEABLE! Terrible. I have been riding 19yrs and this could be the first year that Im not gonna ride ANY powder. BTW if you ever do make a trip to VT you def want to be hit up either Jay Peak or Stowe. I suppose you most likely would anyway seeing as you would be coming from Canada. STOWE = :yum::yum::yum::yum::yum::yum: Shredding the woods there on a powder day is about as close to heaven as you can possibly get. I have had beyond epic experiences there:tup:

Wow, nice to have the day off. I can write super long pointless messages like that:tup:

G Morning everybody:hello:

I will use it/take more pics this weekend

nice! i use to think b&d products were pretty cheezy and all (just from the appearance), but after using their 120v air compressor for tires which has been working for over 3yrs now i am very happy with the orange thing. :icon17: i had more expensive ones from another manufacturer that failed in like 1yr. :icon14:

happy f-day everyone! :icon17:

Rambling a bit:icon17: taking advantage of the free time I have.

While on the subject of snowboarding,I found this old clip in my Photobucket earlier this week. Hadnt seen it forever. Its probably 10yrs old or more. Tree jib in the yard of the house I grew up in.
