Truth. But the Stillen 350Z kits sat on top, and needed a cowled hood retrofit to fit it underneath. You could probably engineer the same on the VQ37, with a modified manifold, and need the same cowl top.

The whine is usally from a roots or twin screw type supercharger, the ones on the z is centrifical supercharger and theres a reason for that. Actually it can be done I bet, but after the Stillen 350z SC (roots) and how poorly it performed no one is going to invest in one for the VQ motor.

Not my car, setup I found online but not much information.
There is also a G37 Sedan with this kit in Japan.

doesn't have to be obnoxious or anything. just something to give a lil animation to add to the acceleration. heck audi's are a very classy car and they even get to get in on the fun.

what i dont understand is the person that owned that car paid the money for a sc kit but left the stock intakes? lmao
