What the hell is this noise??

I had the same noise when I put my Berk exhaust on, it was the heatshield as mentioned above... but my problem occurred right as the exhaust was installed.... so

I had the same noise when I put my Berk exhaust on, it was the heatshield as mentioned above... but my problem occurred right as the exhaust was installed.... so the noise coming on after 8k miles is odd.... maybe the exhaust shifted a few mm's and that was enough for it to make contact. get on the floor and look for any contact.
