My morning surprise
So I went out to the driveway this morning and saw this...
http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6100/...b1ac0742_b.jpg The surprising part was not the Z up on jackstands with the wheels removed (I did that) but what I found as I was poking around under the car. I have a track day coming up and like always, I jack up the car and check all the suspension parts as I swap out brake pads etc. http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6226/...61e46d90_b.jpg LOL... how long has that little guy been hanging like that? Oh well... just goes to show it pays to check things out BEFORE you get to the track ;) Picture update on page 3 |
With the title of the thread, and the picture, I totally thought your wheels were stolen.
Wow, and you probably thought "I need stiffer sways". :roflpuke2:
:gtfo2: For tricking me! I felt my stomach drop for a second. :shakes head:
On point, :rofl2:. Good thing for your precautions. |

I was going to comment on how thoughtful the thieves were to use properly positioned jack stands when the ripped off your wheels.
Wow -- was about to say, very considerate thieves, giving you jack stands heh
You got me good too....
This thread....is fucken GENIUS!
Yea, Mike I always check mine before Canyon carving.
My driver rear end link has a habit of breaking loose after a good run. :shakes head: |

For those who though they were stolen, Aint no one gonna steal your wheels and make sure your car or brakes don't touch the ground and get damaged unless it's some nice thief who respects your car but took your rims anyways lol.
