Side windows

This is no joke; it's happened to me twice now. Once with my 2009 Z and now with my 2011 Z. Has anyone ever rolled up the windows and locked your Z up for the night only to come out the next morning and find the side windows rolled down? That happened to my 2009. Just last Sunday I washed my 2011, went inside the house to relax and the wife came in from her gardening and asked why my side windows were down. I had just washed the car there was no reason for me to drop the windows. Has any other owner experienced this?

Happended twice on my 2008 G37S coupe. I just did the reset procedure, and it seemed to work.

It is scary going out to the car and seeing the windows down.

Wow, a thread embedded in a thread, embedded in a thread.

Ha, i made a thread about this not long ago. Long story short, if you hold down the Unlock button on the remote, they will go down. Stupidly enough, they dont go up if you hold the lock button....

I too have owned my Z for about a year now and have never had this issue.

cause: fatties w/too much crap in their pockets

fix: loose weight, buy clothes that fit, only keep your fob by itself in one pocket

Never had it happen to me. I keep my fob tucked in that little 5th pocket on my pants, pretty much at all times.

Lock car, go inside, place keys on a hook.

haitech 10-21-2011 03:30 PM

or clip your keys on your belt loop
