I dont think the HFC looks much different then a normal CAT so I dont think there will be any problem. I would like a Cop or a judge prove

I dont think the HFC looks much different then a normal CAT so I dont think there will be any problem. I would like a Cop or a judge prove that its a "high Flow" cat and not just a normal one. What is Illegal at least in the state of NY is removing a CAT that is I think less then 3 years old or has less the 50 or 60K in it. Something like that.
Or is damaged.
