Is my climate control broken?

Everytime I start my car the air recirculation button turns on. Does anyone know how I can disable it so that it doesnt automatically come on? I've tried holding it

Does anyone know how I can disable it so that it doesnt automatically come on? I've tried holding it down for a few seconds until it blinks and lights up again but it's always activated when I turn the car back on... (this is with the nav)
