Does going to the dealer for regular maintenance require mod removal?

I go get stuff done there all the time... they don't care what you have on the car as long as you don't go in for a warranty item. If

I go get stuff done there all the time... they don't care what you have on the car as long as you don't go in for a warranty item. If you blow your tranny up or something then take your parts off and go to a different dealer.. or the same.. they don't care. They make money on the repair either way.. but they are required to report mods to nissan when you go in for warranty work to get approved or not..
