You both need to give each other a big hug.

Didn't you say "This is now a dead discussion for me since now you want to make it personal!"

So why are you posting again? ;)

Anyway, big hug to you fella. No need to calm down, just don't accuse me of making this personal. I don't care enough...

You think that an insurance agent bears some responsibility because he didn't remind the OP that his car might get stolen, catch fire, or get flooded? Seriously?

Any trained insurance agent SHOULD always recommend the best policy for each individual.
The agent will not be held responsible but people should always have a good knowledgeable agent.
I worked as an agent for 6 months (worst job ever) and knew this by the first week.
So in other words... yes.

Yea, i take responsibility for not checking or even keeping any documented material. Only thing i can do is move forward and learn from my mistake even thou i still believe i did purchase full coverage.

I am starting to think Z's and me dont get along...my 350z totaled on me too but i got my money back on that one.

I have had alot of people tell me if i dont stay positive and look forward in the situation, no matter what nothing else will help. So my next hope is the state.

Thanks! But the first 3 days are the worst because you cant think with a clear mind =/
