Stillen 370Z NZ
Not sure if you guys in the US get the Stillen 370Z version. Its a 370Z with Stillen parts and signed by the man himself. Comes with Driver training aswell.

What, no brake upgrade?!?!?................... j/k
|
How much is that above regular MSRP? I'm not really a Stillen fan but the driving instruction is a pretty cool thing.

What Stillen parts does it come with? |
According to XE currency converter, it would be about $69k. As for the stillen parts it comes with: Exhaust and Intake. I think most of the added cost is for the name and the driver training. The manual equipped car starts at $75700 NZD which equates to a little less than $63k USD. I would have to say given the increase of about $7k, that is an awesome deal.

Shoot, for 69K, I'd rather have the current BMW 550i.

lol.....

added some more to my post, in comparison to what a base 370 starts at in New Zealand that is a pretty good deal. Roughly equivalent to the price difference between the base and Nismo versions for us.
|
and for what it's worth the GTR costs $185k in New Zealand which is just over $153k USD

NO, thanks!

Just remember, we, Americans, are pretty stupid in terms of the price of the cars in other countries. I remember going to Vietnam and see a new Toyota Camry costing upwards to $65,000 USD.

Man they must charge extra for the metallic Beige paint! :rofl2::rofl2::rofl2: |
They could have at least SuperCharged it.

The prices compare to the US in other countries are ridiculous, but take under consideration the extra overseas freight, market of the vehicle and taxes from that country. Plus the government corruption in some of them doesn't help.
Back home a 370Z is at least $10K over the price of the US. |

99% of counties charge a 50-100% terrif on all imported goods. For example in brazil the 370z is over 100k usd
|
Holy shizzle Batman! That is expensive! I'm pretty happy with my Z at a fraction of the cost.
I'll add my own signature to make it extra special. |
Stillen is Steve Millen. A fellow from New Zealand, who won races in a Z car. Makes a clever local connection for better business. This equates to approximately $69,000 US. Living in America has a better base, via a large market, for car buyers.
I like my Stillen parts by the way. |
For that price they only put TSW's on it?
|
Hi Guys,
to bring a little bit light in the price and parts discussion, here a detailed overview over the parts you get for 82,995 NZ$: - 370Z AT (special extras already included, but no naviagtion !) - Carpet Mats - Stillen Exhaust - Stillen Air Intake Gen 3 - Carbon Fibre wrapping of hood, roof, wing (3M) - Millen's Sign - Eibach springs - 20' TSW alloys/Falken tyres The additional parts value is 11,525 NZ$, you get 6,015 NZD discount, so you have to pay 'only" 5,510NZD for these parts and you get a driver training with Steve Millen on top. If you import parts from other countries you have to pay custom, tax, transport and insurance beside additional costs for disassembling/assembling the parts on top. I ordered my one for next year but with AP Racing big brake update on top for 7,195 NZD, but I can sell the stock 355/350mm 4/2 piston on my own. In white with black carbon wrapping of hood, roof, wing and tinted windows as well...lets see pics next year. But I didn't take the springs, because the car is too low for normal street driving and take instead the sway bars. |
which joke would buy this Z? I'd rather get a GTR
|
I have a Stillen 370. For that much money he can keep his signature.
|
The person who buys a GT-R needs twice as much money as for the 370Z.
And you should also consider the maintenance cost for the GT-R, they are not a joke at all... Buy the way, 83,000NZ$ equals 62,000US$ :-) |
All this for $6000 above the regular version is a really good deal. Price comparisons don't equate between the US and NZ... only price differences :)
Congrats on the car. |
All you guys saying you would rather buy a GT-r are only thinking about US prices. From what he's telling us about car costs over there, this doesn't seem bad. Too many guys are just reading the first post and going off. My aussie cousin said an Accord will run you 40k in Australia so you can imagine a Z would be considerably more and apparently the OP is in New Zealand where cars cost even more than they do in Aus. Glad I live in a large market country where things cost less or I would not be driving my Z today.

Just out of curiosity, what does petrol cost over there? Or how 'bout a gallon of milk?

82k for a car with TSWs?
*falls out of chair* |

It is about the Stillen Edition in New Zealand and not about the milk price here or other bargains...or we want to talk about the US economy instead :p |

We're not knocking NZ or anything. We are just curious because those numbers sound way high to us but of course everything is relative.

Sheesh. :ugh2: |
Well, stock 370Z coupe aut. sport package without navi.: NZ$ 78,000 = US$ 57,000
Additional parts incl. driver training: NZ$ 5,500 = US$ 4.000 So that's the deal. Forgot about country specific prices, they are not comparable, see Singapore. |

It's not nice to make generalizations. Not all of us agree with the current events and policies made by the government. I for one don't agree at all with an undeclared and unconstitutional "war" in the middle east. |
