Nothing like what you did, but I scratched the paint near my door..deep!
I thought originally someone scratched my car and was pissed...then realized, where it was, would be really hard to hit it with a door....then i realized, it had to be me. Culprit: My Money Clip Wallet. My condo parking is near a wall and often I squeeze in as I can't open the door all the way. I must have done it while squeezing in...so pissed at myself. Its a $300 job to repaint the rear quater panel, but maybe a good buff might help...haven't tried yet
