I have never had any work done but have ordered LOTS of parts and had great customers service and technical advise. I would not hesitate, after 12 years of Zing, to let them work on my car. I have read story after story of them going above and beyond for their customers. Face it, stuff happens! What matters is how you handle it when it does.
