At a last article of long time ago, I saw your thread saying you had driven more than 258,000 km.

1. How many every miles have you changed the engine oil?
2. What engine oil do you use?
3. How long miles have you drven till this time?
4. How's your 370Z going now?

I change it with Redline every 7500kms, give or take. I'm now at 288xxx and am leaving on a 6500km road trip Saturday. It runs great, I do go through about a liter of oil per change, but whatever...the only real problem has been with the CSC as most guys on here have had. First CSC change go aftermarket and you'll be fine.
Drive the car and enjoy.
