Car wash issues?

Hey everybody, i wasn't quite sure where to post this since its not really about washing cars... I got my car washed today at an assembly line style car wash. (have not had time to wash it myself with the bust weekend) And i get about a mile away and stopped at a red light. It was on a slight up hill. When the light turned green i went to go but stalled... So i was like wtf... Started her up and started to go, but seemed to be sputtering. I gave it some more gas and it bogged right down. Luckily there was a gas station right there i pulled into. Turned the car off, then back on again, and i was having the same issue. turned it off and waited 15 minutes and started it up again and everything was fine...

Do you think i some how got water in the intake? Everything on the car is still stock, and i have not hear off any water issues with the stock intake... I also too my filters out and looked in the air box, and it seemed bone dry... Im kinda concerned about the whole deal. If it was water did it cause any damage to my engine?
