fun... cool...
represents an empty wallet |
In no order: it turns more heads than a set of cheerleaders, setting still it looks like it can do a 150, oh wait it can! and everyone can relate to this one.
i never ever get tired of pushing in that little red button... and in its class which i define as a 2 seater sports car. hands down best bang for your buck. sorry to ramble but to me this is important. i'm at 33,100 and no RATTLES..............:driving: |
wife and I are Z people, garage just doesn't seem complete w/o one in there.

A piece of history. This 370z is a combination of speed, handling and power. Its elegant design makes it the most unique-affordable cars on the market.
Beauty in its heritage. From its birthname "Fairlady Z" to the transitional 240z all the way to the Fairlady Z34. Nissan has created a true sports car concept and heritage which makes me proud to own one. Natural transition. Coming from the Skyline heritage fairlady was the next obvious step. Freedom. There's something about a Z driven on a spring day with the windows down and my wife on my side. Or just taking this car on a track and taking it to the limit. It feels like nothing else in the price range. This car means something different everytime I get in one. I just love Z/Skyline heritage. |
My Z beats me and steals my money out of my wallet. :crying:

The work put into the Z just reflects me, the personality and style. [shrugs]

I seriously don't want to spend anymore money on this car. Doubt I'll be able to sell it either if need be unless someone would trade for a good condition '07+ TSX and pay off the loan. :p |

The car that came in second for me, a Challenger is even starting to get more mainstream now. I love driving down the road and never seeing another 370. I also like how nobody knows what it is. |

I hope someone sees this and comes up with his/her own version of doink statement haha |
My Z means just about everything to me. Im absolutly in love with this car. I love its sleek, sexy lines. I love that I dont see one EVERYWHERE I go. I love its performance. I love the attention it generates. Most of all I love the smile it puts on my face day after day. Its almost impossible for me to put into words how I feel about this car.

Snazzy cheap commuter ....that I can drive on the track.
I'm not overly in love with styling of this Z but its a solid value and a car I'm not afraid to park in a big lot and get occasional door ding. It's a nice throw away sports GT car that i can rack miles up on beat on the track and not feel bad like i did driving more expensive sports cars. I feel much more comfortable using this car as a daily driver than my past Porsches. When I drove Porsches I was always paranoid about door dings, etc. the Nismo is just good cheap fun! |

It represents compensation for my genitalia.

Fun to drive
Great car. I only have 4000 miles after a year. My weekend car. I had a 1978 280z which was stolen in Bridgeport Ct in 1983 and prior to that an E-Type Jaguar.
The 370z represents an practical sports car with a guilt free price. My dream cars however would be an E-Type Jaguar coupe with modern electrics and fuel injection or a Porsche 911 4S. |
After driving a Hyundai Veloster, I'm not sure what the Z means to me anymore???
 |
Trading my car in for one sometime soon, and it will represent the same thing that this does. An escape from reality when I want to go cruising after a bad night at work, a symbol to myself that I am not living in my parents garage, and a piece of machinery that I thoroughly enjoy. I like things like guns, watches, etc. Find joy in technology.

The wife and myself worked our asses off since we got married. Put 2 kids through school. We've been married 37 years this year. I told her, prior to our 35th, that if we made it that long, I'd buy her a "sports car" and we'd drive Route 66. She saw a black cherry 370Z in a Nissan dealership in Florida, while visiting her mother. She fell in love with it. She said she'd never seen a car like it before. After looking at BMW's, Mazda Miata's, Corvettes, etc., she still wanted the 370Z. Had one hell of a time finding a black cherry one, but did a dealer trade from Indiana. Took delivery in April of 2010. Drove route 66 in August of 2010, our anniversary. I think she loves that car more than me!

Any way you slice it, nothing should truly be viewed as throw-away unless you soon want to find yourself wishing you hadn't. |

Represents deciding to do something with my life and finally making something of my potential. Went from a punk kid firmly ingrained in Daddy's $, getting kicked out of college because I didn't want to work I wanted to party, to a more mature married attorney to be.
Moreover the Z is wonderful because it represents my youth granted 30 is sooner than later. My Z is extremely loud, stands out amongst a crowd and has its supporters and detractors. Just like me :) |
And now your the370z.com's own personal lawyer :D
