Any competent fabricator can build a hitch. You can buy all the parts readily. The only obstacle I can see would be how to insert the lock pin on the

Any competent fabricator can build a hitch. You can buy all the parts readily. The only obstacle I can see would be how to insert the lock pin on the receiver. If you don't want the receiver coming through the bumper, you'd have to reach up behind the bumper to insert the pin.
