This is indeed very sad. I always liked HKS products. I have the HKS Hi power exhaust on my car and I just love every bit of it! I mean I don't know how much impact it'll have on us because can't we just overnight the HKS from lol
 But yeah their product is bit pricey but it's good quality product. They(HKS) will be missed
