^ Is that the sidewalk at the bottom right of the pic? If so his garage might be full and it looks like he can't park in the driveway with out blocking some of the side walk, you can be ticketed for blocking it.

This is exactly what I noticed. My guess is he's either extremely courteous not to block the sidewalk or there's a possibility of a ticket. Based on the average attitude of the general public, I'm leaning towards the later

Yeah, now that you mention it I think that is the sidewalk at the right side of the pic. I'll check later when I drive by this afternoon. It's a lot tighter fit than it looks in the pic. He used to have it centered more in the driveway and I'd wonder how he did it every time I passed by.
