This was at work. I figured I was safe parking next to the spot that was blocked off with construction supports and caution tape... Apparently not.

I would not take my car to S. Korea. I spent over 4 yrs in Korea and had a korean made car that I didn't care about because they drive crazy and parking in Seoul is the worst.

I think it's due time that we see the absconders of the world that choose to give your car no breathing space.
