This is the second time this person parked like this, the owner must parking challenged. When I can I park with my wheels close to the curb to deter wheel theft.

that's the worst. I park in the biggest end spot with my tires a cunt hair from the curb to give the most room and then some fuckin dbag parks with his tires in the spot im in.

there's times I would love just to put a round through some peoples engine block lol the satisfaction would be immense.
