Which idiot are you referring to? I could see an argument being made for the drivers of both the car and the pickup to qualify.

It was actually an SUV, not a pickup truck. The civic was there first, but you're right: they're both idiots. If I were driving an SUV I would not have pulled into that spot and blocked half the drive aisle. It's not like these spots were near the entrance either...
