Ha! That's how I park because I can never see the damn vicinity around my front/rear bumpers :icon17:

lol, no guys it's the new 4 series

it didn't even have plates yet

so she gets a pass because she drives a good looking car?

I know it's a she since I noticed the hello kitty figurine sitting on her dash.

no different than the ones that think it's okay to park their Zs like that. I never think it's okay to park like this. I just wanted to mention how beautiful the new 4 series are.

It's not OK to park any vehicle that way in front of a building or in a small lot. Only in a huge lot at the very far end where no one parks.

i'll take up 2 spots if the parking lot is big enough and there's ton of space, but if it's crowded i try finding one that's along the curb so i can at least protect on side of my car from door dings. if everyone respected other peoples car there would be no need park like an ahole. however, there are those people that just don't know how to park lol

In fairness, when you're pulling a trailer, there's only so much you can do.

cooltoy 08-20-2014 02:15 PM

He only needed two spots - one for the trailer and one for the truck.

I'm pretty sure this is a parking lot being used for valet parking. They don't necessarily have to follow the lines if it's a closed lot. That each row is facing the same way is a giveaway. Also, when not angled, you can retrieve cars faster, rather than being stuck going the long way around. And the less you drive the customer's car, the better.

ElVee 08-20-2014 04:18 PM

I park out of everyone's way every time. But I stay in between the lines. There is not a single instance where I don't think "douchebag" when I see someone parking outside the lines and still away from everyone.

I also always think if I had less to lose and less caring for other people, damn straight I'd f*#k with that car out there.

There are times where I think it's ok or a necessity, but those times are few and far between if your car is <$150k. Just park in the back and stop trying to draw more attention to it or yourself.

My contribution for the day. The white truck wasn't even in a marked space.

I can't see how much overhang there is behind the red truck facing this way, but you may have captured the rare Truck Trifecta.
