People park their cheap-a$$ cars like this all the time where I live.
I don't get it.





On the other hand, if you've got a long vehicle, like a full-size, truck with crew cab and 8' bed, then yeah, you're not going to fit into one space, and parking like this makes more sense that going diagonal across two spots or having part of the truck stick out in the lane.

Small car only! If only there were open spots all over the place within 5 feet. This person is just asking to get a scratch or something.

It's a Civic, it must have been stolen, then abandoned when the thieves realized that there were no performance parts, nor a big stereo.
