Parked with a bit of a left side bias as I expected open area over there.

I get to work early so I can get this end spot in our garage and park off to the side of it to give people some room should they desire to park next to me.

I came out to this yesterday - it's a good thing I did park far enough over.

he probably seen you pushed over to avoid getting dinged. So he pushed over as well to avoid getting dinged on his driver side.

I agree.
He probably, like you, doesn't have a passenger... so no worries there.
