I guess there is a reason people park like that. The truck is extra long. So if they park normally, the rear end will stick out and block the driveway. That's why the driver rather taking 2 spots not to block the road. Has anyone thought of that? I kinda understand.

Where he parked, the spots are two spots deep. He could park in one space and wouldn't block the road, but might take up a little bit of space behind him. A small car could still park behind him though. The way he parked is just ignorant.
