I should get the video clip of the gas station employee using his cell phone as a light source to check the tank level. He is dead now ..... burnt to a crisp.

Here in Canada cell phone usage is illegal when using a pump station to fill a vehicle with fuel. Not sure what your laws are but I know I wouldn't use a cell phone when refueling. I leave mine in the vehicle. They are one nasty ignition source.

Pffft. Everything is illegal in Canada. It's more like Europe than it is the US: nanny state overload.

Now that works for some people and obviously Canadians are happy with it, but that ain't how we do things here (yet).
